Since 1987, our company is specialized in design and construction of NUMERICAL CONTROL MACHINING CENTRES 3, 4, 5 axes for cutting and machining soft materials (aluminium, composites, plastic, wood).

Ranges of application are extremely different (aeronautics, automobil and plastic industries, appearance cover, houseold furniture, naval construction, shaping, molds and patterns…).

Our range represents single and multispindle machines with and without automatic tool changers.

Standard capacities from 2000 mm x 1000 mm to 40 metres x 6 metres.

Machines are designed with :

• moving gantry and fixed table for long products,
• fixed gantry and one moving table for smaller components and two moving tables for higher productivity.
• overhead moving gantry.

High velocity movements due to brushless or linear motors combined with high speed spindles allow increased productivity. The installation of an automatic Tool Changer or multi-spindles also allows the regrouping of different operations within the same machining area.

The efficiency increases by a connection between your CAD system and CRENO CAD CAM softwares :

• omplexe 5 axes machine(mould or triming)
• nesting software for optimizing the use of material.
